 UNIFORMS
Your Creativity is Sexy
The Gilded Knob has a strict uniform code no longer! Wear whatever you desire, within reason. Dancers are encouraged to dress alluring, while bartenders, casino dealers, and housefront staff are encouraged to look elegant, stylish, and inviting. Outfits can be changed throughout the nights if desired, but all outfits while on duty are subject to the Madame's approval. The Madame will veto your uniform if it is too ridiculous or unfitting for the atmosphere of the Gilded Knob.
Apply our Signature Colors
All uniforms should be our color scheme (Soot or Jet Black, Snow or Pure White, Metallic Gold.) Staff are also encouraged to incorporate a bit of gemstone-themed color into their outfits, including Reds, Greens, and Blues, as extra flair to your ensemble.
Please remember to apply the proper tag during hours to differentiate yourself from patrons. A Green “Looking for Party” flag for ERP positions, and a Yellow “Looking to Meld Materia” Tag for Non-ERP positions.
Your Tag is your Uniform

 DANCERS
RP/ERP HEAVY ROLE
As a dancer you will be the entertainment at the club, dancing on a stage, luring folks to the dance floor, or walking around the club to flirt and talk with the customers, or sitting down with them in one of our multiple lounges for delightful conversation. If you are hired for a session you are expected to provide written RP or ERP services for the customer in a private party in a private room together for the allotted time purchased.
You will be expected to be playful and flirty, always open and welcoming to talk to the customers as you work. It is your job to try to entice the customers into paying for private RP or ERP sessions mainly, but encouraging patrons to have fun on the dance floor, have a sensual conversation in our lounges, and letting our patrons enjoy a drink with you is also the signs of a great dancer. Overall, being a wonderful dancer means patrons will come to visit you again and again, bringing repeat customers to enjoy a good time every night.
As payment you will work on commission, making 80% off of any RP or ERP private sessions you are hired for. You will also be able to keep any and all tips that you are given. However, you will be paid a salary amount if no sessions were booked for you that night. As a rule, you will never walk out of an open night empty handed.

Note: This position does allow for ERP performances, but as a dancer you are not required to be "always on." If a patron wants just a solid conversation or a helpful ear, that is a very valid role as a dancer. Your task is to provide comfort and fun, and sometimes that doesn't automatically mean ERP.
